This policy explains how Digital FRK collects and uses personal data when you visit digitalfrk.com, book a call, send us an inquiry or otherwise contact us.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Digital FRK, London, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Call bookings: your name, email address, any notes you add, your time zone and the time you choose.
- Inquiry form: your name, work email, company, website, the service you’re interested in, your budget range and your message.
- Emails and calls: whatever you choose to send us, plus your contact details.
- Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting, security and content-delivery providers process your IP address, browser and device details and the pages requested, to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
We don’t ask for special category data. Please don’t send it to us.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

4. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business and website, under contracts that require them to protect it. These include our website hosting and security providers, Cloudflare (content delivery, security and privacy-friendly website statistics) and our email providers. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the length of the relationship and then for up to 6 years for legal and accounting reasons. Website security logs are kept for a short period by our providers.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use (including for direct marketing), to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.
